What can YOU learn in one day?

Safety 4 Life is personal training that teaches you skills that just about anyone can execute - 

at any level of physical fitness or lack of it - 

that are easily recalled in times of crisis to aid you in surviving a violent encounter. 

Think of it like this; nobody has to teach you to ride a bicycle a second time.

Safety 4 Life is NOT a "Weapons Course" 

It is  a hands on comprehensive safety training that teaches real life skills that you can use immediately.  The focus is on "how to be your own bodyguard" 

by using situational awareness, the craft of applied violence and common sense.

• Recognizing When You Are In Danger 
• Social vs. Asocial Situations
• What Actions to Take in A Life Threatening Situation
• Tactics for Surviving a Violent Encounter     
• How to Get Out Alive 

Who should attend 

Anyone  can attend this small group class of 10 participants, geared towards  girls 14 and older, women of all ages, and particularly college bound high  school seniors.

Age Requirements:

Minimum age is 14 years old for girls and 18 for boys.  Girls under the age of 18 require signed parental consent.  We recommend that girls attend with a parent as this will be hands on practice in close confines.   Tuition is discounted for a parent and daughter under 18.

Physical requirements:

You don't have to be in the condition needed to get into an MMA ring.  Typical fitness is usually enough, however this is a physical class and you will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement indemnifying both the facility and instructor.

Clothing:

Comfortable STREET clothes. Jeans or LONG pants and a plain tee shirt are most suitable.  NO shorts, yoga pants or tank tops.  Since you will be removing your shoes, clean socks will be appreciated by everyone.

What We Expect From You:

ACTIVE PARTICIPATION.  this is a SAFE learning environment.  We will be working together and you will get the most our of the class by participating.

Because we utilize multiple locations the exact address will be confirmed in your registration email.  Massachusetts classes are typically in the Worcester,  Millbury and Grafton area; South Carolina classes are typically held in the Myrtle Beach area; please check the class schedule page for additional locations.
